Day 1. Arrival in Moscow
Meeting with the guide. Transfer to the hotel.
Day 2. Moscow, City-tour
During city -tour you will see the most interesting cultural and historical places: Red Square, St. Basil’s Cathedral, Kremlin, Bolshoi theater, the Cathedral of Christ the Saviour and etc. Moscow is the heart of our country and the main city that you should visit if you want to travel to Russia. In the afternoon you will have a walking tour to Moscow metro. Moscow metro is one of the most beautiful metro in the world. Actually it was built in 30-s of the XX c. and it was constructed as a symbol of Soviet achievements.
Day 3. Moscow, Kremlin
Excursion to Moscow Kremlin is one of the most popular and it is the main part of every excursion program. Here you will see such famous monuments as the Tsar Bell, the Tsar Cannon, Ivan the Great bell tower and Russian orthodox cathedrals. After tour we will transfer to the airport.
Day 4. Kazan, City tour
Arrival to Kazan. Meeting with the guide.
Kazan is one of the most unusual, modern and comfortable cities in Russia. During excursion you will visit Kazan Kremlin – the main sight in Kazan that was built in the XII century and still you can feel yere the atmosphere of those days. Here you will have an opportunity to visit the Kul Sharif Mosque – the largest and most beautiful mosque in Russia, Orthodox Blagoveschensky (Annunciation) Cathedral, and the leaning Tower of Syuyumbike and etc. Also we will visit Old Tatar Settlement and the famous pedestrian street Bauman – here you can buy some souvenirs.
Day 5. Kazan, Sviyazhsk town
Sviyazhsk is a historical and cultural pearl of the Republic of Tatarstan. This is an ancient fortress built during the reign of Ivan the terrible at one of Volga islands. During excursion you will visit unique historical monuments: cathedral, churches, monasteries of XVI-XVII century, historical museum, equestrian center, and a variety of craft workshops with master classes.
Transfer to the airport or r/w station.
Day 6. Ekaterinburg, City- tour, Monastery Ganina Yama, border between Europe and Asia
Arrival in Ekaterinburg.
During city- tour you will learn the history and legends of Ekaterinburg. The excursion starts in the heart of Ekaterinburg –the Historical Square of the city where you will see the city plan, the monuments of city founders, the dam, the chapel of St.Ekaterina – the patroness of the city. During the excursion you will walk along the old streets of the city that represent the style of the XIX century, see the unique monuments of industrial architecture of the XVIII century, mansions of XVIII-XIX century – Sevastianov mansion, Kharitonov-Rastorguev mansion, learn the literary and theatrical life of Ekaterinburg and also see the face of modern Ekaterinburg -city. You also will visit the Church on the Blood that is situated instead Ipatiev House where Nicolas II and his family lived and were killed. After lunch you will visit Monastery Ganina Yamawhere you will know about history of the last tsar and his family. After you will visit an amazing place – the border between Europe and Asia
Day 7. Ekaterinburg – Nevyanskaya Leaning tower
Today you will go to Nevyansk – the oldest center of the Ural Steel. And you will visit here its famous leaning tower, that looks similar to the tower in Pisa ( Italy). During the excursion you see the first lightning rod, a secret laboratory for the production false coins, auditory room, where you can hear every woed spoken in a whisper, an amazing antique clock which was more expensive when buying the tower itself!
Transfer to the airport.
